Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and share:

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We understand that sometimes parents may change their mind.

If the product is:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Not damaged or opened

You may contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • After inspection, we may offer an exchange or refund your money

We reserve the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of use.

 


 

💳 Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement, store credit, or refund will be offered depending on the situation

Refund processing time: 10 working days

For prepaid orders:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit.
